The Pitt Panthers Men’s basketball team squeezed the juice out of the Syracuse Orangemen Saturday January 25th to end their four game losing streak. After a very underwhelming first half by the Panthers they caught fire in the second half led by Jaland Lowe’s 22 points and Ishmael Leggett chipping in with 16. Down the stretch Zack Austin was instrumental defensively to hold off the Orangemen (9-11, ACC 3-6). Pitt (13-6, ACC 4-3) faceS the Tarheels of North Carolina on Tuesday 1/28 at 9 pm at the Petersen Event Center.
